Dr. Baker founded Carolinas Complete Care for Women to bring 21st-century advances in medical care to our patients. He specializes in minimally invasive surgery (for example, the one-stitch hysterectomy and incontinence procedure). He diagnoses and treats urogynecology problems such as urine leakage and prolapse with the most advance techniques and procedures. He provides assisted reproductive techniques including local support from In Vitro Fertilization(IVF) transfers to artificial inseminations. He encourages questions and spends time with each patient to address individual needs and concerns.

Preventive Medicine
Since 2007, Dr. Baker has taught the Physician Assistant Students from the Medical University of South Carolina the clinical aspects of gynecology and obstetrics. He has welcome the students into his practiced and shown them the complexities and subtleties of gynecological and obstetrical care in the 21st Century.
Dr. Baker has most recently updated his training with recent certification in pelvic floor reconstruction with Ethicon's Prosima Pelvic Repair System to complement his training with the Prolift Vaginal Repair System. He has also completed his American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology recertfication for 2010 and continues to maintain his excellence in Obstetrics and Gynecology with recertification for 2011.
